My cousin sent me this hilarious card years ago now, and I guess I felt a little unworthy… I dunno. Anyway, this year, I gotta say, it’s true. Fifty-one percent of the credit goes to the coming of rain. {Thank you rain!} The other forty nine percent is due to planning, right tools for the job(s), edumacation, green thumbs on both sides of my family and dumb luck!
In reality the theme for this year is, “What would happen if I did things the way they say we’re supposed to?”. Well, so far, so good!
Much might depend upon who “they” are, I guess. I have a stack of new garden books that suit my new direction fine, and a couple new tools that are absolutely life changing. I’ll get on writing about them… soon.
